Jalapeño Popper Casserole
This jalapeño popper casserole is easy, creamy and cheesy. It's perfect for feeding a crowd!

Servings 2 cups
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped jalapeño peppers seeds removed
- 1 cup shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar hand shredded is best
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 8 slices bacon diced
- 2 tsp ranch seasoning
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- shredded cheddar for topping
Start by placing all your ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
Spread evenly into a well greased iron skillet.
Bake at 375 degrees until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve warm with crackers or pita bread.
