Jalapeño Popper Casserole

This jalapeño popper casserole is easy, creamy and cheesy. It's perfect for feeding a crowd!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped jalapeño peppers seeds removed
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar hand shredded is best
  • 1/2 cup green onion
  • 8 slices bacon diced
  • 2 tsp ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • shredded cheddar for topping

Instructions

  • Start by placing all your ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Spread evenly into a well greased iron skillet.
  • Bake at 375 degrees until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and serve warm with crackers or pita bread.
